Transparent and Ethical Management System

Building a transparent and ethical management structure based on ESG strategy.

Ethical Management: We distribute anti-corruption and bribery prevention guidelines and fair trade guidelines to all employees, and conduct training to promote an ethical corporate culture.
Transparency: We plan to secure governance transparency through the operation of a cyber audit office and the introduction of external auditors.
Compliance Performance: From 2022 to 2024, there were zero violations of all compliance-related matters including ethics regulations, corruption, and fair trade competition.

Information Security: We have established information security policies, conduct quarterly security inspections, and provide security training to employees at least once a year.
Future Goals: We aim to acquire ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certifications to enhance our information security management system.
Supply Chain Management: In 2024, we established a Supplier Code of Conduct and added ESG-related items to supplier evaluations to manage supply chain risks.

Governance Structure: Through a governance system connecting CEO → Business Support Division → ESG Management Team, we systematically establish and monitor ESG goals and strategic tasks.
Committee: We aim to hold regular ESG committee meetings for ESG risk management.
